Grace will have an exhibition of her artwork with one other artist at the Coffee Club Restaurant in Sandgate for the months of May and June. This restaurant graciously promotes the artworks of local artists in the Sandgate District Community. A selection of artworks from the two artists will be exhibited for local residents and visitors to the Sandgate area providing an amazing opportunity to share their talents, art journey and expertise with others. The official launch of the exhibition will be Monday evening, 6th May from 6:30PM. Grace will be discussing her artwork and inspiration for her pieces

Visual artist and oil painter David Cross is fascinated with light, how it travels across surfaces, how it can cast shadows revealing highlights, how it morphs when it reflects off a surface and carries colour and how it illuminates and features interesting new shapes. .

Queensland textile artist Grace Cross is inspired by the layers of nature creating layered mixed media/textile artworks with a fusion of rusting, fibres, fabric, paper, acrylics, stitching, beading and/or embellishments.
